PRTESOL collects member email addresses for the purpose of communicating with members for administrative purposes and for distributing designated e-publications. If you choose to provide an email address, you may expect 1-4 messages per year directly related to your PRTESOL membership (such as confirmation of renewal or change in dues), related to critical association issues (such as elections), or transmitting e-publications. Members who wish not to receive such messages may request the removal of their email addresses from their member records entirely. Members may opt out of non-critical promotional emails when they join or renew their membership in PRTESOL. Members may also change their privacy preferences at any time by writing, emailing, or telephoning PRTESOL. Member email addresses are provided only to current PRTESOL community leaders and are never provided to outside organizations.
Member mailing addresses may be provided to outside educational institutions if the member does not opt out of said mailings. Members may opt out of these mailings at any time by requesting their name be excluded from provision to external institutions.
